Tenant Information
New Home Agreement Details
Once we've found you an appropriate home, we will require a holding fee to secure the property, which will then be deducted from the first month's rent.
Should you decide not to proceed with the rental of the property, the holding fee is non-refundable.
Once we have received all the relevant details from you, we will also require the following:
- Utility or Council tax bill
- Passport or Driving licence
- Last 3 months bank statements
- Last 3 months wage slips
A copy of all the above documents will be taken for our records.
Then subject to relevant credit checks, satisfactory references and the landlords consent, a tenancy agreement will be drafted and a moving in date agreed.
A deposit of 6 weeks is required and 1 months rent in advance. Please note that the funds need to be cleared prior to the hand over of any keys. Your deposit will be placed into the Deposit Protection Scheme, to protect both you and the landlord against any problems or disputes.
An inventory of the property would be written up stating the fixtures and fittings in the home.
